		<description>The ego (or my ego) is a cunning devil. Very tricky indeed. Just when I think I've got it beat it jumps back to life. 

I'm hoping that - one day - the answer to this conundrum will strike. Like lightning just less painful.</description>

At the moment flexibility and convenience beats the corporate jungle hands down, but those little voices in my head are constantly questioning and prodding me about business growth.

In my case I am 100% certain it's my ego. This does not make the choice any easier. Go figure.</description>
